Request for Approval
If you plan to have any objects (raised beds, trellis, compost bin, side tables, chairs, etc.) on your plot please submit a request for Approval to the Garden Committee. Please make sure to include what material you will be using and any dimensions you can supply. All structures must be approved even if you use recommended materials. Please take into consideration that it can take some time for the committee to vote.

Please submit your request for approval forms in one of two ways:
1. Upload your document to our request for approval folder. Your document must be an image file PDFs won't upload. Images must be placed on one page. Please label all files Plot#_ Last name _ Request approval ex: 222_Jones_Request approval.

2. This option requires that you notify us a document has been dropped off and can add up to three weeks of a delay (starting from when you notify us about dropping off the forms). Physically bring your form with attached pictures to the University Village main office (1125 Jackson St.). Make sure to turn the forms in during regular business hours (Mon - Fri 9:00 am – 3:30 pm) and specify that it is to be placed in the community garden mailbox. The office does not notify us if items have been delivered there.
