All gardeners are required to renew their plots before 31 January 2022 to continue to hold their garden plots. You are eligible to renew your plots only if you have completed the volunteer work requirement for the year 2021. Pending work hours can be tracked here. The gate code to the garden will be changed on 31 January 2022 and will be sent to only those gardeners who complete the renewal process and work hours for 2021.

When will you receive the gate code?
If you have completed the renewal process before before 02/04/2022 9:00 AM, you should have already received the gate code by email. Going forward, renewals will be processed on Saturdays. If you renewed after 02/04/2022 9:00 AM, you will receive the gate code on the Saturday of the week you renewed.

Plot renewal process involves the following steps:
- Make a payment using the online payment system (payment links will be sent via email before 21 January 2022) - the cost of renewal is $15 per plot and there is a $2 processing fee per transaction.
- If you are renewing two plots, please check the box for 2nd plot so that both plots are processed in one transaction. If you renew two plots separately, you will pay the transaction fee twice.
- All family members/guests (including children) who intend to access the garden have to complete a waiver before entering the garden. Please find more details on the garden website: https://www.ucvillagegarden.net/garden-rules--waiver.html
Important things to note:
- Renewal status of plots can be tracked via the spreadsheet at the bottom of the page. We will update this spreadsheet once/twice a week
- The payment system doesn't allow any refunds. You have to enter all the details (name of the plot holder, plot number and eligibility status) correctly before making the payment. Please write to us if you are not sure about your plot number(s).
