If you have been assigned a plot please pay for your plot on this page. The renewal process is closed. All unapproved payments will be treated as a donation.This year has 2 parts.1. Pay your dues REMEMBER TO INDICATE YOUR PLOT # in the renew plot box above the buy now button ($20 per plot residents, $40 per plot non-residents) online with a credit card/debit card or PayPal account by clicking on the “Buy Now” button on this page. If you are a resident you must indicate the name of the lease holder.If you are unable to pay via this method you can pay by check for an additional $5 fee (which should be included in the amount on the check.) Please bring checks to the Village Office (through the mail slot in the door if after hours). 2. All garden plot owners must read and sign the 2017 garden rules and 2017 waiver. Every gardener who will work on your plot(s) must sign the 2017 garden waiver(which can be found in the top right corner of this page) and return it to the Village Office (through the mail slot in the door if after hours). A scan or copy of signed waivers and rules will not be accepted. Page 2 of the waiver lets you include multiple names per plot. These documents are also available at the Village Office. You must complete the waiver throughout the year for anyone you bring into the garden. FAILURE TO SIGN THE 2017 GARDEN WAIVER and RULES WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF YOUR PLOT(S). You must fill out a new Waiver every year! |
Forms must physically be dropped off at the UC Village office. If you are unable to print, printed forms will be provided at the UC Village office. If after hours please insert the forms into UC Village office mail slot (located beside the office door). )
